• The dental clinic acts as the Data Fiduciary • Dentanaut acts as a Data Processor • Patients have the right to access, correct, and erase their data • Consent records are maintained for all patient data processing

Dental professionals using Dentanaut are responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consent before entering clinical data into the platform.

6. Your Rights
